Kim is a third generation Lee County resident. Her great grandparents moved to Ft.Myers in 1895 and over the years she has watched Cape Coral and Ft.Myers grow, which has given her first hand knowledge of real estate in Lee County.
Kim is also the second generation of Realtors in her family. Her mother and uncle were both Realtors here in Lee County. She also has a sister who is a Realtor in the Tampa area and a brother and sister in law who own a Brokerage firm in North Carolina.
Over the years, Kim has enjoyed being involved in a variety of activities, such as modeling, which she did through local agencies as well as free lance. For years she was a member of the Women’s Community Club serving on the committee to decorate the Edison Home for Holiday House. She was also involved with the Edison Pageant of Light, helping to build numerous floats for both the Junior parade and the Edison Festival of Lights parade.
Kim has attended a public speaking organization known as Toastmasters and enjoyed participating in Little Theater where she performed in several productions.
Her background also includes being a Licensed Practical Nurse and she worked in local hospitals, doctor’s offices and even on the BloodMobile.
For the nine years prior to going into Real Estate, she started and ran her own successful commercial janitorial business. Kim has obtained substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with the ability to think quickly and please clients. She is also a member in good standing with the Building and Industry Association since 1991.
In 1996, Kim bought a sailboat access canal home in Cape Coral. Together with her husband, she undertook an extensive addition/remodeling project on their home, which they did as owner/builder. This gave her tremendous hands on experience in matters relating to home construction.
Kim loves to go boating and enjoys riding with her husband on the back of his motorcycle. She is also a Life member of ABATE of Florida, which is a motorcycle organization that focuses on motorcycle education and sponsors charitable causes.
Kim's approach to real estate will make buying or selling your property an enjoyable, if not fun experience.
