Ron is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor, and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at The King Group in Fort Myers. He is a dedicated Practitioner who enjoys covering all the bases of a commercial transaction, from entitlement of raw land, to resale of income producing properties.
With his colleagues at King, Ron performs endless research and analysis to find value in commercial transactions. He maintains close affiliations with engineers, surveyors, land use attorneys, geologists, planners, architects, bankers, developers, builders, you-name-it. He and his team frequently assist cooperating brokers in entitlement and permitting matters.
Ron’s career includes having been command pilot and project manager in international geophysical survey operations, a key figure in the land information disciplines; pioneering such areas as GIS/GPS. He has bought, sold and developed land with Florida’s largest water and wastewater utility. Ron has been a college trustee, has lectured nationally on small business and capital formation among other endeavors. He is a member the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance, Commercial Investment Professionals, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and also serves on the Grievance Committee at the Cape Coral Association of Realtors.
