Born and raised in West Virginia Kay has had the opportunity to live in Virginia, Iowa, Alabama, California, Illinois and Tennessee. . In relocating from one state to another her second home has always been in Paradise, Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Twenty-five years ago she and her husband bought on The River in Cape Coral and now live in Fort Myers of course on the river.
Kay’s past experience in retail sales, as owner of her own boutique, co-owner of the family business for over thirty two years, serving on the boards of Pilot Club International, Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant, Red Cross of Cleveland, Chamber of Commerce Diplomat, Director of Volunteers, Governor of Tennessee District of Pilot Club International and many others has given her the opportunity to enhance her people skills and business ethics.
As a licensed real estate agent Kay is a member of the Realtors Association of the Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc. as well as a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
