BARBARA CLEAVER, ABR, LTG, PMN
Barbara started her real estate career 23 years ago in
Cincinnati, Ohio. While there she became licensed in Florida
to make her move here an easy transition. Since coming to
Florida in 1992, she received her Brokers License and her
Florida State Instructors license. She teaches for and is a
partner in the Royal Institute of Real Estate. Barbara
has
a certification from the National Association of Realtors®
to teach At Home with Diversity, One America.
Barbara joined The King Group in June of 2004 as a Broker
Associate.
Barbara is the President of the Cape Coral Association
of Realtors and has been extremely active in many of
the committees at the association. In 2001, she was voted
The Humanitarian of the Year by her peers and that same year
she was named Realtor® of the Year for Women's Council of
Realtors®. She is a past president of WCR.
Barbara loves working with her buyers and sellers and they
must enjoy working with her too since most of her business
is now done through referrals.
Barbara is married and has two grown children and four
grandsons.

Joan and her husband moved to Cape Coral from
Cape Cod in 2002. Joan's husband retired as a firefighter for the
Falmouth Fire Department. Joan became licensed as a real estate
agent in 2005. Joan enjoys working with her clients to find them
either the perfect home or the perfect buyer for their home. Joan
prides herself on her diligent efforts to make her clients real
estate transactions as seamless as possible. Joan enjoys
volunteering within the Cape Coral community and is a supporter of
P.A.R.R.O.T.S. which has to do with saving parrots and other
domestic birds.

Karen comes from
Allentown, Pa. after moving to Fort Myers in 1994 with her
husband, Dennis.
Karen became involved in Real Estate after purchasing
multiple properties which she and her husband renovate and
re-sell. "I've always enjoyed investing in property,
finding the right properties and transforming them into
homes other people long for. My greatest achievement is to
work with people and find them the home which is right for
them."
Karen is a licensed Real Estate agent and a member of the
Cape Coral Association of REALTORS. She serves on the board
of the Homeowner's association of her community, and is the
first lady Commodore of her boat club. Being an avid boater
as well as living on the water, Karen has a vast knowledge
of the value of waterfront properties.

| Michel was born
in Cuba, moved to Venezeula and came to the United States in
2000. During Michel's short time here, he has learned
perfect English, finished High School and is currently
enrolled in Edison State College. Michel passed the state
real estate test the first time and has jumped into his real
estate career with both feet. Michel believes that the
harder a task is, the more committed he will be to
