With the construction industry and housing
market booming, Jade moved to Southwest Florida in March 2004. As a licensed painting contractor, Jade,
together with her husband Edgar, opened Five Star Painting, Inc.
in 2006. Familiar with all phases of construction, as
well as residential and commercial repaints, Jade uses that
knowledge to connect with all types of buyers and sellers of real
estate. Jade has proved to be an invaluable asset as
a leasing agent, having worked with investors and tenants alike
throughout Lee County, and particularly in Lehigh Acres. Communication is KEY and to better serve her
clients, Jade speaks both English and Spanish – which comes in
handy in our diverse community. A mother of 3, Jade understands a family’s
needs when it comes to buying, selling, or renting residential

Joan and her husband moved to Cape Coral from Cape Cod in 2002. Joan's husband retired as a firefighter for the Falmouth Fire Department. Joan became licensed as a real estate agent in 2005.
